What are your Delivery and Shipping Policies due to CoronaVirus?

All items handled in gloves and packages are wiped with disinfectant at the time of delivery or prior to post office drop-off

Where can I find advice about size and fit?

On each product page, you will find Sizing Tips for items that do not run true to size. Always feel free to call our brick and mortar store to get more details from a Bessie stylist!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We would be happy to put your items in a gift box with decorative tissue and a ribbon.

Can I return or exchange a product?

A full priced product may be exchanged if it is sent back:


  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • with original tags and packaging intact
  • free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

    For exchanges, please include a note in your return package with your exchange request as well as your order number and name.

    ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

    Is there a time limit for returns?

    Yes, to qualify for a full refund the return package must be either postmarked and shipped back to us or brought into the store within 10 calendar days of delivery.

      Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

      Due to our sales system, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are typically able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, our support team will be happy to set up a return for you. Please note that we will not be able to accept a return for any items marked as Final Sale.
